TUITION AND FEES STATEMENT FOR 20010-2011

  NOTE
  To qualify for the tuition rates as a CONTRIBUTING MEMBER of St. Pius X Parish, a family must be registered and on record at
  the parish office as having made financial contributions to St. Pius X Church in the amount of at least $400.00 during the
  calendar year Jan. 2009-Dec. 2009 . Non-Catholics, non-members of the parish, and registered non-contributing members of the
  parish qualify as NON-CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS and pay those tuition rates. End of the year checks for the $400.00 with no
  Mass attendance will not be counted toward parishioner status. Each family's status will be confirmed annually according to
  parish records before tuition rates are applied for the current year. 
  • Must attend Sunday Mass at St. Pius X Church on a regular basis.
  • $400 / more in contributions for the year: 2009 (Jan. - Dec.)
  • This is subject to review by parish office.

    The breakdown of the $250.00   registration fee is as follows:
  
                     Student Accident Insurance, ITBS testing fees, Registration fees, Consumable materials & books,

   TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The FACTS CONTRACT form is due February 27, 2010.  The non-refundable fee of $250.00 per students is due when re-   registration forms are due or in the case of new families, within 5 business days of the students acceptance.  Money orders or checks made out to St. Pius X School will be accepted as well as major credit cards.  All deadlines must be met in order for registration to be complete.

 The FACTS form explains tuition payment procedures.   You will be given options for payment of tuition from how
 often in the year, to the day of the month, to the account from which the withdrawal will be made.  Families need to have a bank account for tuition withdrawals.  The tuition management system is the ONLY way tuition will be paid and there is a one-time $41 fee per contract that will be withdrawn separate from regular tuition withdrawals.  The recommendation for families who do not have any bank account is to open a children's account specifically for tuition withdrawal.  ALL MONTHLY PAYMENTS START IN JUNE.
